In For The Long Haul
At Broadstone Partners we develop long-term relationships. We source capital for early stage businesses; we identify add-on opportunities to speed growth; we advise on alternative structures for minimizing tax; we assist in the establishing of employee ownership; and advise on how strategic alternatives can increase, or decrease, value. We strive to develop long term relationships and provide financial advice through all stages of a company’s growth.
Our experience and deep industry knowledge gives us unique insight into the thinking of investors and buyers. We transfer to our clients the knowledge we have gained in advising on over 50 M&A transactions to global leading technology companies; from raising capital from and acting for some of Canada’s most successful venture capital firms; and from acting in a corporate development role for a global professional services firm in execution of its M&A strategy.
We are an advisor not a principal. We have, and will put our client’s interests first. Always.
We commit our senior resources to all transactions. The team that you hire is the team that will execute. Broadstone Partners’ Managing Directors lead and perform all or the majority of the work on our engagements.
